Fridays with Fred: The Raven

The Raven, starring John Cusack as Edgar Allan Poe, is set to release in April 2012.  According to IMDb, the story is "A fictionalized account of the last days of Edgar Allan Poe's life, in which the poet pursues a serial killer whose murders mirror those in the writer's stories."  Not sure what to think about this, but if you haven't read any of Poe's tales, now would be a good time.  If you need inspiration, check out my Creepy Classic reviews of Poe's collection of poems and tales and The Fall of the House of Usher.  I wanted to post the The Raven movie trailer to get your thoughts and this shot of Fred channeling Poe.
A haunting stare that even Poe would appreciate.

Where's my two dollars?

@Alex & @Mary, @Alison - I've liked Cusack since Better of Dead.

@Carla - It does look creepy, huh?

@Tara - Hi, sweetie. I hope its good. I think it'd be a crime to mess up Poe.
