Gratitude Giveaways Blog Hop - 2016

November is halfway through, and I'm still banging away at my key board trying to get my word count back up for NanoWriMo. Today I'm pausing things for a bit for this month's blog hop, which happens to be another favorite of mine.


Giving back and being grateful is so important to me. We all have ups and downs, but in my opinion learning to appreciate people and things no matter how you're fairing in life is the key to happiness.

I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving.  Mine was spectacular, but now I'm stuffed!  I made a pumpkin cheesecake that was to die for #yum!  What about you?

Fridays with Fred: Thanksgiving Feast

Hey, minions!  Fred had a blast yesterday, hoovering up all the table scraps and begging for a turkey leg at every turn.  He had a few friends to play with too.  We all had a wonderful time and we are indeed thankful ...with an emphasis in full!!!

Fridays with Fred: Leftovers

Happy Thanksgiving weekend. I hope you're not too stuffed. I am. Ugh! Fred is tearing through a leftover turkey leg. How’s that for leftovers? Not really.  That’s actually a toy of his.  Seriously though, Fred is about as stuffed and nauseas as the rest of us. Sorry about the picture. After yesterday, Fred’s not up for much picture taking. Poor buddy. Yesterday he spent the day hoovering the floors littered with Thanksgiving droppings. Gotta love that about my pooch.

Anyway, I hope you had a great Thanksgiving and now…enjoy your weekend.
