Whedon News: The Cabin in the Woods

I wanted to get this post up before the day started.  Rumor has it – courtesy of Bloody Disgusting & First Showing – that Cloverfield's writer/director, Drew Goddard, and Joss Whedon will get a flick into theaters before the end of the year.  Wahoo!  Read the articles in the links above for more details plus some cool film images.

The movie is called The Cabin in the Woods and you guessed it, it’s a horror film.  Cool huh?  Sorry Buffy fans, it doesn’t appear to have any teenage angst here.  Still, if we Whedon fans know anything about Joss; you can bet it will be wicked and fun!  Can’t wait!  Looking for more information on the mastermind?  Check out him his IMD profile.
