I was named after her almost 44 years ago, back when it was nearly unheard of. It has been a talking piece my entire life. Though for some reason it has been confused with Crystal, more times than I count.<br /><br />I always enjoyed the four hour, plus, presentation of GWTW every year on television growing up. Though I enjoyed The Sound of Music more! But when I read Margaret Mitchell's novel, I was hooked more than ever to the tragic story of civil war, southern prejudices and the life of spoiled, sheltered debutantes of the day. Who didn't love to hate Scarlett O'Hara?
