TGIF & Fred's Miami Heat!

Well, minions...this week has been sh** as far as writing goes.  I don't want to get into it, but life happened and that's that.  It was a great week, just busy as hell.  And exhausting too.  Next week should be more productive so let's keep our fingers crossed, shall we?

Anyway this is how I felt this week. Couldn't get a thing done as if I opened the can of whoopass myself. Seriously.

Oh yeah, baby...Miami Heat!

And now for the SMACKDOWN on all you Heat nasayers! CHAMPIONS!!!! Everybody in the house is doing the dance, folks! The HEAT DANCE. Even Fred. Wow, that game was great and since it ended just around midnight, we're all tired. Fred too.

Be sure and visit Schatze over at Mary’s BookHounds too. Have a great weekend.

Ugh! Hate these weeks. I know my writing productivity shouldn't affect my happiness level, but heh, it does! LOL. Crossing our fingers for next week!

Writing productivity DOES affect my happiness level ... even when I'm having fun or doing something else productive. (You know, like being a mom, a teacher, a wife, a person ...)

Next week, my sister's family is coming halfway across the country to stay with me. We haven't seen them in a year, and we are SO excited.

But a little part of me will miss the writing time. I feel ashamed of that, but I can't help it.

Some days, weeks, months are just like that. Hopefully next week won't kick your butt.

I don't follow sports, but I was wondering why I heard honking, fire crackers, and hollering last night. Even though I don't watch baseball, everyone's joy is infectious. :)

Have a great weekend and I hope there are no whoopass cans around next week.

This too shall pass! I just came out of 2 weeks of complete ugh-non-productivity and then last night wrote 2500 words out of nowhere.

I must have opened one of those cans myself. I sort of found myself resembling that lady there...haha Productivity was low on my end, the weather didn't help much.
To next week..crossing fingers for you as well.

Have a great weekend!

Aw,...Fred is such good company. :)

Lesson number one: When opening a can of whoopass, point it away from yourself. The cartoon made me laugh! Have a great weekend. :)

I had the same kind of week. And it's trickling into the weekend!
I'm hopeful that both of us will have a "great writer week" starting Mon. ^_^

You can do it, Mina, girl - these are natural cycles in life and what's gone down eventually rolls back up again. Good luck this coming week!
